We use this information to respond to enquiries, confirm seats, share session logistics, and improve how we describe our training. We do not sell personal information.

Enquiry records are stored with limited access by studio staff. We retain enquiry emails for as long as needed to manage bookings and follow-ups, then delete or archive them when no longer required.
