Educational purpose

Content and sessions teach candlestick pattern reading and chart study habits. Nothing on this site is personal financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or a promise of trading results.

Site use

You may browse pages for personal information about our training. You may not scrape content at scale, misrepresent affiliation with Utility Forest Training, or attempt to disrupt the site.

Enrolment requests

Submitting the contact form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm seats by email. Informational prices may change before confirmation.

Intellectual property

Workshop materials, workbooks, and site copy remain our property. Personal study notes you create during sessions belong to you. Redistribution of our handouts requires written permission.

Conduct in sessions

Participants agree to respectful discussion, no sharing of another learner’s charts without consent, and no solicitation of investment schemes during sessions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for decisions you make using chart skills practised in training. Consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded still apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
